First assignment Sketchbook pages

Since we have two weeks for this first assignemnt I want everyone to draw 5 pages in their sketchbook. I want you to go outside your room into cafes, cafeterias, any room where there are gatherings of people and sketch what you see, hear and think about while there. Write down words you hear, and other observations while you draw. this should be a record of your experience and a practice at capturing life quickly with gestures and quick movements. don't be afraid to draw over forms, switch materials, redraw, draw people in their settings moving around and interacting. This will be due on the 28th in class.
